Member Experience Advisor I

Tucson Federal Credit Union is looking for a Member Advocate to provide exceptional service by handling member needs with warmth and a consultative approach. Responsibilities include cash handling, establishing relationships through needs-based selling, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, effective communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Applicants must be available Monday through Saturday and be able to perform physical duties such as sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
