Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) within the Property Management Industry to lead our financial operations and strategy. The CFO will play a pivotal role in guiding the company's financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and supporting strategic decision‑making. This position reports directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of our organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities to provide insights and support decision‑making processes Implement effective risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Optimize the company's capital structure and manage liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for management, investors, and stakeholders Lead tax planning initiatives and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations Serve as a key point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions, fostering positive relationships and transparency Build and lead a high‑performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities Drive efficiency and effectiveness across financial operations, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred Proven track record of 10+ years in Financial Leadership roles within the Property Management industry A MUST Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in managing and developing high‑performing teams Highly analytical with a strong ability to be a Strategic Business Partner to CEO Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders High ethical standards and a commitment to transparency and compliance Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Advanced MS Excel and ERP Financial software required; Yardi software proficiency a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
