You’ll be the Press Operator’s right hand—keeping materials moving, quality tight, and safety uncompromised.Schedule & Pay HighlightsWeekend 12-hour shiftFriday–Saturday–Sunday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.Work 36 hours, paid for 40, plus a weekend shift differentialYour impactSet up, assist, and maintain lithographic sheetfed presses (KBA 105 and 106; 6- and 7-color, 40").Safeguard consistency by monitoring color, registration, and overall press performance.Help balance ink and water to achieve precise, repeatable outcomes.Contribute to routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize stoppages.Partner with the production team to hit quality metrics and timelines.Keep work areas orderly and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures without exception.What you’ll bringHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional printing education a plus.Previous experience as a Litho Press Feeder or similar printing role.Working knowledge of offset printing equipment and processes.Exceptional attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.Ability to contribute independently and collaborate within a team.Clear communication and a positive, team-first mindset.Flexibility for overtime when needed.Meyers is an equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
