Assistant Clinical Director

Experienced healthcare professionals, including PA-Cs, NPs, or OPA-Cs, with strong leadership skills and orthopedic expertise. Oversee patient care and manage providers and clinical staff in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic. Immediate need for full-time roles. Based in Atlanta, GA, with limited travel requirements. Job Purpose

The Assistant Clinical Director serves as a provider while also managing the clinical and provider staff at their designated office, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all patient treatment and ensure schedules are optimized to identify surgical candidates.
Communicate surgical candidate information to senior leadership daily.
Act as a resource for less experienced providers and escalate issues as necessary.
Manage clinical staff time, attendance, and PTO; monitor daily performance and address concerns.
Review staff notes and treatment plans for compliance with established standards.

Job Requirements

Licensed PA-C, NP, or OPA-C with at least 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics.
Advanced knowledge of surgical procedures, post-op care, and treatment protocols.
Proficient in Salesforce, NextGen, Office 365, Power BI, and other EHR systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.

Education & Certifications

Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Nurse Practitioner, or related field.
Current certification as a PA, NP, or Orthopedic Physician Assistant.
Active licensure in Georgia.
