Senior Estimator: Lead Preconstruction & Bids

Structure Tone, part of STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Estimator to support our New Jersey operations. You will develop, create and prepare construction cost estimates for a diverse set of projects in the early stages and provide updated cost information throughout the Pre-construction phase. You will manage several projects simultaneously, review plans, perform take-offs, solicit bids, and analyze bids to meet financial objectives while maintaining strong client relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr Layton Construction Company
