Job Description
Title: Nurse Lead - Labor and Delivery

Schedule: Night Shift, 3 x 12s from 1900 - 0730. Rotating schedule.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Charge Nurse experience required
- Must have NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications within the last 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff within the Labor and Delivery unit
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Facilitate effective communication among team members
- Provide guidance and support to nursing personnel
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Monitor patient care levels and quality outcomes

Compliance / Notes:
- Submit required information including preferred start date, RTO, Middle Name, DOB, and SSN.
- Admin fee already deducted from posted rate.
