Our team has scaled the business to a point where new accounts are coming in faster than we can fill them, which is where you come in. The Opportunity We are hiring a Recruiter to join our team and own full-desk sourcing and candidate management across one or more of our verticals. This is not a seat for someone who needs hand-holding, it is a seat for a driven, curious, gritty professional who wants to take ownership of their book, build relationships, and earn their way into a Senior Recruiter or BDM / Account Management role within the next 18–24 months. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced recruiters who will share the playbook, but the expectation is that you bring the work ethic, the hustle, and the accountability. What You'll Do Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for active IT, Legal, and Healthcare requisitions across the DFW market Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, internal databases, referrals, and networking Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills, motivation, and culture fit Manage candidates through the full lifecycle Partner with our Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver on tight timelines Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and pipeline data in our ATS (Tracker RMS) Show up, contribute, and represent Saltu at client meetings, networking events, and our weekly Thursday Happy Hours Who You Are Goal-driven and competitive. You see this role as a launchpad into a Senior Recruiter or BDM / Account Management track. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience Open to all experience levels; early-career candidates with strong sales, hospitality, or athletic backgrounds are encouraged to apply alongside 2–5 year agency recruiters Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable on the phone and in person with senior decision-makers Strong organizational skills; able to juggle 5-10 active reqs without dropping the ball Proficiency with (or willingness to quickly learn) LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and an ATS such as Tracker RMS, Bullhorn, or similar Must be able to work on-site in downtown Dallas, Monday through Friday Where This Role Goes We are building this team intentionally and we promote from within.
