We are seeking an internal recruiter to join us on-site at our Southlake Office off Kimball Ave. The position is responsible for filling positions within our US based airport lounges. Position will handle faster-paced / higher volume hiring of roles such as bartenders, cooks, lounge attendants, concierges, supervisors, and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage both online and offline recruitment solutions, including LinkedIn, Indeed, community engagement, and career fairs.
- Formulate and execute effective talent sourcing strategies through various channels to build up talent pools as needed.
- Partner with General Managers, HR Leadership, and the global TA team to understand and own business-driven talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
- Support ad-hoc projects in recruitment technology, employer branding, learning & development, among others.
About You:
- At least 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferrably in a higher req volume capacity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude! We have fun here at PPG and it starts with the TA Team.
- Great team player with the ability to work independently
