Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a leading oil & gas company, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a fully onsite role that will be onsite in downtown Dallas!

*This is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits !*

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate and manufacturing positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. You will s upport recruiting strategy, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and compliance efforts while helping the company meet its hiring goals in a fast-paced oil and gas environment.

What You'll Be Dgoin

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, technical, hourly, and management positions from sourcing through offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, and improve hiring processes.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance, and recruiting reports while maintaining OFCCP and EEO requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or internship
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and ATS systems
• Strong knowledge of Excel, HR compliance, and candidate sourcing
