Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
• Develop and implement staffing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Build relationships with external recruiting partners, staffing agencies, and community organizations
• Attend and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach activities to promote employment opportunities
• Place advertisements for open positions and be the point of contact for third-party job board partnerships
• Maintain, review, and update applicant tracking system
• Maintain staffing data and workforce reports (headcount, vacancies, turnover metrics, etc)
• Forecast hiring needs, assess labor markets, and prevent talent shortages
• Ensure all hiring and onboarding practices comply with labor regulations
• Maintain a working knowledge of company benefits, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate first-level information and responses to candidates
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in high-volume recruiting or human resources
• Ability to travel across U.S.
• Ability to communicate and present information professionally in both group and one-on-one settings
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or business intelligence (BI) tools

Pay Scale: $70,000 - 90,000
