Shift: 1st & 3rd

Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm & 10pm-6:30am

Job Summary: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a leading company in the life sciences space to hire a Manufacturing Operator to support their manufacturing and formulation team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a structured, quality-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete manufacturing and support tasks
• Set up and operate production equipment to produce materials and finished products
• Perform in-process checks, testing, and inspections to ensure quality standards
• Monitor production runs and remove any defective products
• Take samples and perform routine testing as required
• Review production schedules and work with team leads to stay on track
• Enter and track materials, quantities, and transactions in the ERP system
• Accurately complete batch records, logs, and required documentation
• Clean, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment
• Work in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments while following proper PPE guidelines
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Identify and communicate any safety concerns or production issues
• Support continuous improvement efforts like Lean initiatives and Kaizen activities
• Assist with training team members as needed

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 24 years of experience in manufacturing (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar environment preferred)
• Comfortable using computers, including MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Basic math skills and familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts

Nice to Have

• Additional experience in operations or manufacturing environments
• Exposure to value stream mapping or continuous improvement processes
