Human Resources Generalist

What You'll Do Serve as a first point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, and general questions Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees Own day-to-day HRIS administration in Workday , including employee data changes, org structure updates, reporting, and troubleshooting Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management Partner with People/Talent leadership on performance management cycles, compensation processes, and employee relations issues Help maintain compliance with federal and Texas employment laws Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools Support engagement initiatives, culture programming, and internal communications Assist with policy development and employee handbook updates Partner with Finance/Payroll to ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems What You Bring 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within a consulting, agency, or professional services environment Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM required; experience with Workday Recruiting, Compensation, or Reporting a plus) Solid working knowledge of Texas and federal employment law Strong discretion and judgment handling confidential employee matters Excellent communication skills — comfortable interfacing with employees at all levels, including client-facing consultants Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); PHR/SHRM-CP a plus Nice to Have Experience supporting a distributed or hybrid workforce Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) Prior experience in a digital, creative, or tech consultancy What We Offer Competitive salary + benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with match Flexible/hybrid work environment PTO + company holidays Opportunity to shape HR processes at a growing firm #J-18808-Ljbffr
