Maintenance Lead - 2nd Shift

Job Description Title: Maintenance Lead – 2nd shift Pay: $36/hr + $1.50 shift differential (may be higher based on experience) Schedule: 2:15pm-12:45am, Monday – Thursday Location: Wickliffe OH Expectations Effectively lead a small maintenance department as well as directly work with team as needed Advise any department/site specific needs for capital expenditure on request Able to work alone on complex tasks and provide adequate communication to all related parties Use CMMS software to track inventory and create/modify/schedule tasks for maintenance Perform in compliance with best practices, company standards, and customer specifications Maintain a clean and safe department, including periodic testing for PPE, LOTO, etc. Maintain appropriate mean time to repair and accurate estimates of work completion time Work with contractors to schedule services such as press/crane/air compressor maintenance Coordinate work with production scheduling when possible Track maintenance employee's performance and perform periodic reviews Additional considerations Assist in cases of emergency including as available during unscheduled hours Open to occasional travel (to local stores, other facilities, or for training) are positive attributes to this position. Key Requirements Able to interpret various schematics Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical/controls/PLC, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Organized and practical work method Strong communication skills and ability to work together while leading Knowledge of safety standards and regulations Demonstrate exceptional mathematical skills and precision measuring devices Proficiency in using electronic devices and computers for work Work effectively with minimal assistance or supervision Able to lift 50lbs regularly and stand, climb, kneel, bend, and lift for up to 10 hours a day High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 4 years applicable industrial equipment maintenance and 2 years in a leadership role #J-18808-Ljbffr Crucial Link Group
