Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and engage effectively with patients and their families, striving for higher clinical quality and safety in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate health records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Monitor patients and assess their needs in a timely manner.
• Build trust with patients and their families.
• Participate in continuous education and training for professional development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift attention as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
