You're in members' homes, and they need to trust you.Use our app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.Job Requirements5+ years of hands on experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, carpenter, remodeler, or in another multi trade residential role.Skilled across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall, with strong troubleshooting ability. You can assess and fix most issues in a home on your own.Attention to detail and a customer friendly attitude. You're in members' homes and they need to trust you.Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and your own tools.Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work on ladders and overhead, and work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces (with or without reasonable accommodation).You do not need a contractor's, electrical, or plumbing license.
