We offer: Starting rate of pay $35.64 per hour based on experience 3rd shift earns $1.50 per hour shift premium 12 hour 2/2/3 schedules-NO SWING SHIFTS Overtime Opportunities Quarterly bonus potential Comprehensive benefit package after 30 days of employment Growth Opportunities On-site company store with Nestle productsPosition SummaryThe Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance tasks on high-speed packaging equipment. Maintaining records such as equipment logs and reports utilizing computerized maintenance systems to track equipment reliability and manage time. The maintenance Mechanic is also responsible for pre-start up reviews, preventative maintenance, re-builds, troubleshooting, and other tasks as assigned.
