**This is a posting for a position with the Care Transformation Collaborative-RI**Director of Finance & Grants ManagementFULL-TIME-HYBRID 2 to 4 days per month in officeAbout UsThe Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island (CTC-RI) is Rhode Island's statewide primary care transformation organization. We bring together healthcare providers, health plans, state agencies, employers, academic institutions, and community organizations to strengthen primary care, improve healthcare access, advance integrated behavioral health, support workforce development, and drive healthcare transformation across the state. Position SummaryCTC-RI is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Grants Management to provide financial leadership for a growing portfolio of healthcare transformation initiatives.This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, grants management, compliance oversight, financial reporting, audit preparation, and strategic financial planning. The Director works closely with organizational leadership and external accounting partners to ensure strong financial stewardship and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead organizational budgeting and forecastingOversee financial management of grants and contractsSupport financial compliance and audit readinessManage financial reporting and performance monitoringSupport administration of incentive payment programsDevelop and improve financial systems and processesPrepare financial reports for leadership and Board committeesCoordinate with external accounting and auditing partnersQualificationsRequired:Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldSeven years of progressively responsible financial management experienceExperience managing grants, contracts, or multiple funding sourcesStrong financial analysis and reporting skillsPreferred:Healthcare or nonprofit experienceFederal or state grant management experienceCertified Public Accountant designation or Master's degreeWhy Join CTC-RI?Join a mission-driven organization helping to transform healthcare delivery across Rhode Island while building the financial infrastructure that supports meaningful statewide change. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
