Senior Corporate Paralegal - Governance & Entity Expert

Ramp is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join the Legal team and own the operational backbone of governance and entity management across US and international entities. You’ll work closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Equity Admin, People, and outside counsel, handling a broad, independent workload in a fast-moving company. You will support a broad range of matters from governance to employment filings, and serve as Ramp’s custodian of records with a focus on #J-18808-Ljbffr Justia
