Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Free food & snacks Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Training & development Tuition assistance Low billable hour requirement Performance and other bonuses 401(k) with match – no waiting period Health/dental insurance – no waiting period Generous PTO policy Responsibilities Work collaboratively while leading clients through all phases of family law litigation Draft motions, discovery responses, declarations, and settlement proposals Represent clients in hearings and conferences (both remote and in-person) Provide thoughtful, timely, and strategic communication with clients Collaborate with team members on strategy, workflow, and case management Support mediation and collaborative law matters when appropriate Stay organized and ahead of deadlines in partnership with our team and office manager Contribute to internal operations and workflow improvements Qualifications Licensed to practice in California and in good standing 3–5 years of family law experience, with courtroom confidence Excellent legal writing and research skills Strong oral advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a close-knit team Experience with mediation or collaborative law is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Experience with Clio is preferred Experience with NetDocs is preferred Compensation & Benefits This is a non‑exempt position that offers monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses based on performance and billable goals. Associates are expected to bill a minimum of 1,200 hours per year. The salary range for this role is $95,000–$175,000.
