You'll have the opportunity to teach skills and abilities through coaching and role modeling, as well as the privilege to be a voice to advocate for the needs of those who don't always have the voice or the power to do so. Some of your day-to-day may include collaborating with the person you work with and your co-workers to problem solve and create a positive and inclusive culture, clear and accurate documentation, and provide assistances or support wit activities of daily living in the person's home and their community.
