What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in a hospital setting
• Supervise anesthesia procedures within a supervised CRNA model
• Support general surgical cases across multiple operating rooms
• Collaborate with surgical staff, RNs, and anesthesiology team to coordinate patient care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Adhere to hospital protocols and anesthesia standards in a Level III trauma environment

What You Need

• Valid Michigan state RN license and CRNA certification
• Prior experience in anesthesia preferred
• Ability to work independently within a supervised practice model
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
