Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and store operations Motivate and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and regular performance assessments Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment Uphold company policies and standards Retail Store Operations: Analyze and optimize store performance to maximize profitability Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable feedbackEnsure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and employees. Marketing and Customer Relations Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service Build local brand awareness through community outreach initiatives Collaborate on the planning and execution in-store and off-site events Qualifications and Skills: Genuine passion for culinary products and experiences Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant retail experience considered.
