Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills / Qualifications Required: Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation of prior employment. Ability to meet physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED or equivalent. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit. Compensation and Benefits Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment.
