Clinical competencies maintained through annual validations. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice. Employees working at specific facilities must possess and maintain the relevant Fingerprint Clearance Card as specified. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Professional certification related to emergency nursing is desirable but not required. Additional Information: Must demonstrate clinical performance competencies through annual validations. Relevant fingerprint clearance cards required and must be kept current based on facility requirements. The candidate should be capable of responding quickly and effectively in emergency situations, using proper body mechanics, communication skills, and clinical judgment.
