Teaming Opportunity / Key Personnel Recruitment: HUD & LIHTC Housing Compliance Lead Muhammad CPA & Associates, LLC is expanding our team for an upcoming Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) Tenant File Audit engagement (RFP Event No. 3347). We are looking for an experienced HUD / RAD / LIHTC Housing Compliance Lead & Project Manager (Individual Consultant or Boutique Firm) to collaborate with us as Key Personnel. Certifications: Active Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), PHM, or HCCP. Experience: 3+ years in Public Housing, RAD, and LIHTC file reviews and remediation. Systems: Deep proficiency in Yardi and EIV. Role: Overseeing field file audits, Yardi updates, and high-accuracy QA/QC.
