This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that values professionalism, growth, and service. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Build trust with customers through honest recommendations and professional service Serve and educate customers so they can make informed decisions about their comfort systems Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call Accurately document work performed and recommendations made Participate in ongoing training and professional development Represent Shanklin's values and reputation in every customer interaction Qualifications 1+ year of residential HVAC experience preferred EPA Certification preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Commitment to serving customers at the highest level Team-first mindset and strong character Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record HVAC has been part of the Shanklin family for more than 60 years.
