This position is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from home while still being an integral part of our detox center team. You will engage with a diverse array of clients, collaborating closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to create an integrated support system. Flexible scheduling options are available, with some evening and weekend hours required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your advanced education and clinical training to conduct independent psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, specifically crafted to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.

• Continuously monitor client progress through in-person or virtual sessions, systematically tracking treatment responses to adjust plans as necessary.

• Coordinate care efforts with multidisciplinary teams, fostering open communication among clinicians, medical professionals, and external service providers to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Support clients in medication management, focusing on adherence to prescribed psychotropic medications, evaluating side effects, and discussing treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to remain updated on best practices and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Fort Behavioral Center, you will work primarily with adult clients undergoing detoxification from substances, as well as those with co-occurring mental health disorders. This role requires a keen understanding of the unique challenges these individuals face and a commitment to establishing a safe, supportive therapeutic environment that fosters trust and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
