Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care (FNP)

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to help launch our first primary care clinic in the Smithtown, New York area. This role is ideal for the NP who enjoys practicing at the top of his/her license, values flexibility, and is energized by being part of a growing practice. In the early stages, this role will combine direct patient care with light participation in practice ramp‑up activities – working alongside our operations team to help shape workflows, patient experience, and care delivery as the clinic grows. Over time, there is a clear pathway for increased clinical leadership and potential future clinic ownership if interested.
