Nurse Practitioner - Geriatric Primary Care & Urgent Visits

Stony Brook University SUNY is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide adult patient care in our primary care general medicine/geriatric office under physician supervision. You will perform urgent care visits, manage chronic conditions, and conduct Medicare Wellness visits, documenting promptly in the EMR. The ideal candidate holds NYS NP licensure with geriatrics/ambulatory care experience and will participate in research and quality improvement initiatives within the Division of #J-18808-Ljbffr Stony Brook University SUNY
