DescriptionKforce's client in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Scrum Master/Technical Project Lead to support the delivery of business-critical software development initiatives. This role blends Agile leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management to help cross-functional teams deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile professional who can facilitate Scrum processes, remove roadblocks, manage project priorities, and drive collaboration across technical and business teams.Key Responsibilities:* Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives* Coordinate efforts across development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership* Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables* Remove impediments and help teams maintain productivity and focus* Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, and development teams to ensure successful execution* Provide project reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications* Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and capacity management* Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification* 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or related role* Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies* Experience leading cross-functional software development teams* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills* Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities* Experience managing competing priorities in dynamic environments* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong organizational and project management abilities* Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and managing competing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:* Experience partnering with Product Owners and supporting backlog management* Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools* Background supporting software application development teams* Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives* Knowledge of SDLC processes and software delivery best practicesJob TypeContractCompensation50 - $50
