At our fast growing Highland clinic, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst positions will allow you to exclusively concentrate on the children you treat and the RBT team you'll oversee. And wouldn't it be great to just focus on the kids for a change? To get guidance not from a spreadsheet, but actual support from others in the behavioral field? Responsibilities for Board Certified Behavior Analyst:
- Evaluations & Treatment Planning
- Supervision of plan execution by your team of RBTs
- Documentation
- Family / Caregiver Education
- Collaboration with Team Members across the therapeutic spectrum

Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with data collection and diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Ability to provide patient care in a behavioral health setting
