Lead BCBA Location: Highland, IN Job Id: 357 # of Openings: 1 What You'll Do Mentor and develop BCBAs and RBTs across multiple service lines Serve as a clinical expert, problem‑solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes Deliver data driven direct pediatric ABA services across environments Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion, and a good sense of humor The Role Breakdown

• 24‑28 hours/week: Clinical mentorship, development, and leadership
• 12‑16 hours/week: Direct care, hands‑on treatment, and real‑world impact

What You Bring Active Illinois and Indiana BCBA Licenses 3+ years of BCBA therapy experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings preferred Demonstrated strength in team leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication A passion for helping clinicians grow and helping kids thrive Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team.
