Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – High School Location: South Holland, IL 60473 School Setting: High School (Grades 9–12) We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a high school in South Holland, IL. This is an onsite, consultative role designed for a BCBA who enjoys collaboration, coaching, and working as part of a social‑emotional support team rather than carrying a traditional caseload. Employment Type: Full‑time Work Setting: Onsite Role Overview This position follows a consultative and coaching model, focusing on supporting staff and students through collaboration with the school’s social‑emotional team. The BCBA will play a key role in helping develop strategies, guide interventions, and strengthen behavioral supports across the school.
