Creative Copywriter

Developing creative concepts and creative angles for Meta and TikTok Ads, that are aligned with our customer personas, branding and performance objectives, and communicating them to the designers/editors via a creative brief. Writing/generating high-quality copy, including copy for briefs (video voiceover, UGC brief, production brief). Monitoring the progress of the creatives from ideation, to execution, to testing, to results. Adjusting or ending concepts based on their performance, and continuously producing briefs for new creatives based on the learnings from the tests. Presenting learnings, conclusions, and the explaining reasoning behind creative decisions. Signing off on all the creatives done by the creative team for testing, ensuring they follow performance principles, brand standards, and the no-typos policy. Continuously monitoring competitors and the broader market landscape across Meta and TikTok, analyzing trends, messaging, creative angles, and emerging formats to identify new opportunities and proactively generate fresh, performance-driven concepts. Kogo poszukujemy? More than 2 years of experience in copywriting for high-converting ads, VSLs, landing pages, UGC scripts and production briefs, for e-commerce. Experience working against clear performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR). Understanding of buying psychology and ability to turn it into persuasive messaging. Proven track record of producing high-performing ads. Scientific, data-driven approach to the creative process and ability to turn insights and data into compelling narratives, hooks, and angles that make people care and click and buy. Creativity with a performance mindset to generate fresh concepts that aren’t just “cool,” but are explicitly tied to KPIs and business goals. Organization and time management skills to manage multiple briefs, campaigns, and deadlines without chaos; keeping projects moving. Experience in using AI and process simplification tools. Familiarity with project management & documentation tools. Ability to communicate clearly, explain ideas, briefs, and feedback in simple, actionable language to editors, designers and content creators. Proactive attitude and growth mindset.
