We are hiring a Repair Manager to lead and scale our repair division in Chattanooga. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own scheduling, team performance, job quality, and daily execution across multiple crews. This is not a coordinator position. You are accountable for output.

What You'll Own

• Lead and manage multiple roofing repair crews—daily scheduling, execution, and accountability.
• Run morning production meetings and set clear expectations for the day.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to Langley quality standards.
• Own job cost performance—labor efficiency, material usage, and variance vs. budget in ServiceTitan.
• Build material lists, order supplies, and batch jobs efficiently.
• Coordinate with Estimators, Project Managers, and office staff on handoffs and job status.
• Train, coach, and develop Repair Leads and Repair Technicians on technique, safety, and company standards.
• Recruit and hire as needed—in partnership with HR and the UKG posting process.
• Maintain shop organization, truck inventory, and fleet readiness.
• Step into the field when needed to support production and uphold quality.
• Enforce OSHA, company safety standards, and local building codes across all crews.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of roofing experience with strong knowledge of repairs, steep slope, and exterior systems.
• 2+ years in roofing repairs with the ability to diagnose leaks and complete hands-on work.
• 2+ years leading crews or managing people—with a track record of holding teams accountable.
• Comfortable on ladders and roofs—daily field presence required.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Basic tech competency—iPad, ServiceTitan, and job documentation (we will train on our systems).
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal, with crews, homeowners, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a repair or service division in roofing or exterior construction.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or a comparable field service management platform.
• P&L awareness and job costing experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
