Senior Manager - Solutions Product Marketing

DescriptionKforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is looking for a Senior Manager on the Solutions Marketing team.Overview:You will act as the subject matter expert on the business challenges and buying journeys in your focus area, creating high-impact messaging and content, identifying key use cases. You will enable field teams with essential content and tools and build customer-facing assets that support pipeline growth and accelerate complex sales cycles.In addition to core coverage responsibilities, you will help lead special projects that advance our solutions marketing strategy and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve how we position and deliver IAM solutions.This role involves close collaboration with sales and GTM programs teams to understand their priorities and translate them into actionable marketing strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing sales with the insights, competitive context, and resources they need to close new business deals, expand within existing accounts, and consistently position solutions for success.Responsibilities:* Own the narrative: Lead the review and creation of differentiated positioning, high-impact messaging, and customer-facing content* Drive integrated GTM strategy: Partner with Sales Operations, Growth Marketing, and Sales Enablement to design and execute go-to-market sales plays and campaigns that build a robust pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition and upsell opportunities* Enable sales excellence: Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Enablement by developing playbooks, training, and tools that help field teams navigate the buying journey and close deals faster* Translate insights into action: Serve as the primary SME on a targeted set of buyer personas, uncovering deep customer insights and market trends to optimize the sales cycle and identify high-priority use casesRequirements* 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space, including experience leading cross-functional GTM orchestration at scale and managing teams* Highly collaborative, proactive, and results-driven* Self-starter who can drive progress and alignment across complex projects and multiple cross-functional teams* Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that fuel growth across a multi-product portfolio* Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences* Exceptional communication skills with a track record of using data to generate insights, problem-solve, align diverse stakeholder groups, and accelerate company growth* Experience creating sales enablement resources, driving field adoption, and establishing usage analytics and feedback loops for continuous optimizationJob TypeContractCompensation70 - $85
