Project Administrator

We are looking for a Construction Project Administrator with at least four years of project administration experience to support our internal team and ensure the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure. Responsibilities Update construction project scheduling software Assist construction team in overall project tracking, to include personnel, scope, budgets, and invoicing Keep construction managers informed on team utilization and workload Assist construction team in the production of status reports and other project documentation. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for various project management tasks. Assist with the project cycle from initiation to completion. Provide strong written and verbal communication to internal and external teams. Understand accounting and invoicing processes, create billing documents after project completion. Demonstrate a fast learning ability and a positive, innovative approach to problem-solving. Key Characteristics Must be self‑motivated, results‑oriented, proactive, and a problem solver. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be a team player and contributor combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
