Overview Summary: The Business Analyst - Sr leads assigned projects and/or provides advanced specialized consultative support to other team members for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company. Duties & Responsibilities Maintains in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications and stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s). Analyzes existing processes and systems and identifies technical or procedural improvements. Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s). Develops operational procedures for products, services and systems. Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements. Develops and generates special and ad hoc reports. Provides technical support to business unit, customers, management and other users. Serves as liaison between software vendors and business process system users and other corporate areas. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree At least 5 years of related experience High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a related field may be considered. Preferred Qualifications Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and organizational skills. Keen attention to detail. Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions. Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and ability to re-prioritize as appropriate. Ability to think strategically. Understanding of Project Management methodologies. Compensation Range Compensation Range: The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
