Candidates must be willing to relocate to Michigan and work in-person. Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comps), and industry research Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials Support transaction execution including due diligence, data room management, and coordination with clients and counterparties Assist in the development of strategic insights and recommendations for clients Collaborate with senior bankers and contribute to a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 0-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, audit, or transaction advisory Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Willingness to relocate to Michigan and work in-person Compensation Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Discretionary Bonus Job details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance Industries: Investment Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
