Sales and Patient Care Coordinator

Maia Plastic Surgery is seeking a motivated, personable Sales and Patient Care Coordinator who combines strong sales skills with a commitment to exceptional patient service.

Our practice offers cosmetic surgery and advanced nonsurgical treatments in a setting focused on personalized care. In this role, you will help prospective patients understand their options and guide them from their first inquiry through consultation, scheduling, and follow-up.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with prospective and existing patients.
- Educate patients about services, treatment plans, pricing, and financing options in coordination with the clinical team.
- Follow up with inquiries and consultations, address questions, and help patients take the next step.
- Coordinate appointments and procedures to support a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of patient communications and follow-up activities.
- Work toward sales goals while prioritizing informed patient decisions and excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, patient coordination, or a related client service role.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Confidence discussing pricing and guiding sales conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with a busy team.
- An interest in aesthetics; experience in plastic surgery or a medical spa is a plus.
