Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Richmond, VA | McLean, VA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $38 - $43/HR (W2 Only) Job/Role Description This role supports high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt positions in a fast-paced contact center environment. This position will own the relationship with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and execute the full recruiting lifecycle to deliver quality hires. This position will ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting time-to-fill goals through efficiency, accuracy, and strong stakeholder collaboration. Own the relationship with the hiring manager and take a consultative approach to sourcing and setting strategy to identify top talent Drive process efficiency and accuracy when screening and assessing candidates to fill a high volume of non-exempt job openings while maintaining quality of hire Schedule interviews, facilitate consensus meetings to discuss interview results, and present offers to successful candidates Partner with cross-functional business teams, HR partners, and other Recruiting teams to minimize risk and execute flawlessly on the recruiting and hiring process Self‑direct the full life cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on meeting time-to-fill goals Develop effective sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous flow of quality candidates for the pipeline Act as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders Address ambiguous situations or challenges by drawing on recruiting expertise, skills, and abilities Screen and counsel candidates, coach the hiring team, and negotiate offers to close Effectively facilitate formal consensus meetings with the hiring team Practice attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing Function effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Required Qualifications 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience (at least 1 year required; high-volume recruiting a plus) Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies in collaboration with recruiting managers and peers Proven ability to own relationships with hiring managers and take a consultative approach Strong candidate and client management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Influential communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs and produce results Professional, detail‑oriented self‑starter who is ready to hit the ground running Ability to screen, assess, and counsel candidates while maintaining high quality of hire Experience facilitating consensus meetings and driving the offer process Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and flawless execution Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Positive attitude and commitment to creating an excellent candidate experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic Staffing Solutions
