Weather Engineers, Inc. is hiring hands-on problem solvers with sharp diagnostic and repair skills to become full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technicians! We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician capable of independently running larger commercial service and repair jobs, with occasional light residential and smaller commercial service work as needed. Join us and help make a positive difference for customers throughout Jacksonville, FL.Pay: You'll earn $30.00+/hour, with a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days. As for the schedule, you typically work from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (or until daily calls are finished), Monday through Friday. There is an on-call rotation for emergencies, and additional hours may be required during the summer. You expertly repair heating and cooling systems, seamlessly connect all the components, and ensure everything operates at peak performance. Our Commercial HVAC Service Technician completes accurate, high-quality repairs and maintenance for our clients' heating and air conditioning systems. Working on residential and commercial equipment, you inspect systems, diagnose the root cause of issues, and perform the appropriate services.
