Job Description

Position Description: AmeriServe is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician with NATE Certification and at least 10 years of commercial experience. This role focuses on servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex commercial HVAC systems in a fast-paced, professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesService and repair commercial HVAC systems including:Rooftop units (RTUs)Chillers, boilers, and hydronic systemsVAV/VRF systemsBuilding Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)Perform preventative maintenance for commercial accountsDiagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls issuesRead blueprints, schematics, and technical diagramsEnsure compliance with safety codes and company standardsCommunicate with facility managers and clients professionallyComplete detailed service documentationRequirementsNATE Certification (Required)Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC experienceEPA CertificationStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsBAS/BMS experience (preferred)Valid driver’s license with clean recordAbility to work independently in field environmentsCompensation & Benefits$35–$45/hour based on experienceOvertime and steady year-round workCompany vehicle, tools, and uniformHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off & holidays401(k) optionsCareer advancement opportunitiesWhy AmeriServe?Established company with strong commercial client baseWork on large-scale, complex systemsSupportive and safety-focused team cultureOpportunities for leadership growth $35.00 - $45.00 Hourly
