Residential Specialist - 1st Shift - Hilltop Recovery Residence Job Category : Residential Requisition Number : RESID002464 Posted : May 20, 2026 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Description Residential Specialist The pay range for this position is $20-$23.1990 per hour. 3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage! 9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay! $1,000 sign-on bonus Are you a creative, flexible, and dependable individual looking for a fulfilling career? As a Residential Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals.
