Maintenance Manager

• Advanced electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Skills within plumbing, hydraulics, HVAC and etc.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills; an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Capable of motivating and directing personnel as they work, to determine the best person for various types of jobs
• Strong leadership and teamwork attributes
• Outstanding communication skills
• Capable of understanding which employees can handle what jobs to provide the most efficient and effective way of completing duties
• Capable of recognizing when there is a problem or capable of telling when something may go wrong
