Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Wisconsin RPh license required
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• Licensed by the state pharmacy board
• Experience compounding medications for external or internal use
• Experience preparing sterile solutions following proper procedures

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Potential for Saturday shifts
