This position is delivered through a telehealth model, allowing flexibility and accessibility for clients in need of support. You will have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships with clients from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a structured schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for senior clients to identify their emotional, psychological, and social needs, ensuring a tailored approach to their care plans.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on helping older adults manage emotional disturbances related to aging, loss, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
