Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their specific mental health needs and develop tailored care plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions designed to address emotional challenges associated with aging, such as depression, anxiety, loss, and life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to design and implement integrated treatment plans that promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Educate family members and caregivers on effective strategies and interventions to support the emotional well-being of elderly individuals in their care.

• Facilitate grief and loss therapy, working with residents and families coping with end-of-life issues and facilitating constructive conversations around loss.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, for promoting mental acuity and emotional resilience in seniors.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available as part of our competitive compensation package.
