Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team in Kenosha, WI. The SLP will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and communication disorders for students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication needs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP planning.
Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications
Valid Wisconsin state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to special education and speech therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
