Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grow Therapy Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations for individuals, couples, and families to identify their unique needs and challenges.

• Developing personalized therapy plans that integrate evidence-based practices to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts.

• Facilitating both joint sessions with couples and individual sessions to ensure comprehensive support and understanding.

• Utilizing therapeutic modalities to assist clients in overcoming obstacles related to job stress, separation and divorce adjustments, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and enhance treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n
